If you can access the Internet via a web browser but not retreive your
email then something has changed with the way the ISP provides email
access.

I see that you are sending this email with an earthlink address.
How do you normally send and receive email? Do you have an address
through your ISP (is Time Warner operating the earthlink mail server?

Has Time Warner gone to some sort of authentication required (as did
Verizon some time ago). If the problem is intermittent, then I  would
suspect that their mail servers are undergoing some sort of "upgrade"
and that the problem will either go away, or will block [EMAIL PROTECTED] from
access. An intermittent problem means to me that someone, somewhere
is messing with the status quo.
