What you want to do is download and install PopChar, which puts a little
icon in the position of your choice in the menu bar. Then when you want a
"special" character just click on the icon and a windoid showing all the
characters in your current font appears -- click on the one you want, it
"pops" into your document and the windoid dissappears! (If you don't see
what you want in your current font, you can choose from any others you
have installed from within the windoid.)

-= Apparently if you play a Windows CD backwards you hear satanic
messages. You think that's bad? If you play it forwards it installs
Windows! =-
