Sounds like it might be Ragtime, but I don't know if it's still 
available. If you =really= want it, since it was free to begin with I'll 
be happy to send you a copy.

I fiddled with it but decided to stay with my old standby -- 
Ready,Set,Go!. It's expensive (for personal use) but let's me create 
forms for my wife's CASA and hospice work which she can then fill out on 
screen. I can also scan in forms to be filled out in PDF and fill them 
out in GraphicConverter. The Web site for RSG! is:
