I use PrintToPDF frequently but, although it's cheap, it's not "free".

I recommend that whoever has the need to create PDFs in "Classic" 
(Tannis?) should download and try this neat little "printer driver". 
You'll have to click on the rainbow-colored apple menu icon, select 
"Chooser" and click on the "PrintToPDF" icon" before each "printing" 
session. Leave the image resolution set to 72dpi. That way the file sizes 
will be small.

Marc, would you care to disable your huge "signature"?
It exceeds the maximum 7 lines permitted by most mailing lists and it 
increases the scrolling required in "digest" mode. It was amusing the 
first time but the novelty, for me, has now gone.

Also, the mention of "PDF Converter" was interesting (thanks) but, rather 
than receive a 3 page essay in the middle of the "digest", I'd have 
preferred a simple link to it on a web site.
