Yes, it works perfectly (more or less) under OS X in Classic.
However, that does mean you would need to be running on OS X on a PPC
based Mac where Classic is supported. If you are going to an Intel
based Mac, then you need to run it in some kind of a PPC emulator
like SheepShaver.
