You remembered to select all the messages in the find window?
Also, be sure no message being saved is actually open (I've found
that causes the script to hang for a while and then eventually time
out).
I've never used the script on a found messages list, so I can't
actually say if it works that way. I thought it just worked against
whatever messages were selected, so I wouldn't think it would care
what window it was in, but maybe it does. You can check the actual
script code and see if it specifically references the browser window
or not.
Also, you should be able to create a new folder, and drag the found
messages to that new folder. Of course, that will then remove them
from their original location, so that may be a less than desirable
action depending on your needs.
