Sounds like you are using two systems? And that Emailer Archive is not Claris Emailer but another application? In CE I can similarly select a number of Emails and drag them to a folder in one action. I don't 'archive' or drag to 'Read Mail' as a single archive. I simply delete stuff I am not interested in, or otherwise file them in their respective folders. By highlighting the "Subject" column I can group the "same type" incoming mail and drag them together to a specific folder. Similarly I can highlight the "From/To columnand use a name to drag a number of Emails at the same time to their folder. >>simply delete the whole file/folder at the end of the year > >Then they're gone. Might not be the best solution. Remember - I noted they were first backed up to a disk! But I guess you all know the above drill! I think CE is so perfect I don't have a need for other software to meet my needs :) But thanks for the contribution - I like to hear of other software - in case I do have a need for it! (see my note to Chris). >Best Bea ___________________________________________________________________________ To unsubscribe send a mail message with a SUBJECT line of "unsubscribe" to <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> or <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
