<In emailer-digest Digest V2007 #74, the person "M. A. Nezami" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> thoughtfully said:
>Though not used since its unfortunate downfall, the CE is still alive >in my System and I still do get the mails >from <[email protected]> hoping that one day, it will be revived >and we will use it again. > >It this a pure "day dreaming" or there are some hopes ? Will appreciate >knowing the latest development on the subject. > >An former user and permanent lover of ClarisEmailer To my knowledge there has been no "unfortunate downfall"... [EMAIL PROTECTED] is still active on this Mac and gets/sends email from/to lots of places/people. It's used every day.> I use mine all the time too. I even moved it to the new iBook I just got, and got some tips here, and a patch by Chris, just yesterday, so I'll be able to use it at public wifi hotspots. Right now this very email is being generated on CE on my iBook, and will be sent out using my boyfriend's "wireless dialup" network. :-) The only times I've used other emailers were (a) a tryout of Eudora twelve years ago -- which didn't work out for me at all, and (b) I think maybe a few months ag,o when my Emailer glitched and, not being sure if the problem was Emailer or my ISP (but doubting it was the ISP since I could still read mail on their webserver) -- so I popped open the OS X Mail on my G4 and cried out for help to fix my Emailer on this list! Soon as it got resolved (my Emailer was OK), I went immediately back to Emailer and am still with it! ~Yersinia. ________ "A government big enough to give you everything you want is big enough to take everything you have." ___________________________________________________________________________ To unsubscribe send a mail message with a SUBJECT line of "unsubscribe" to <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> or <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
