Thanks for the warnings about Earthlink. Last year (before I lost my job), I was starting to do research into getting a DSL and voice communications package, and Earthlink was high on my list of possible providers. I'm not glad I lost my job and am still stuck on dialup, but reading these posts recently about Earthlink messing up people's email, I'm glad I didn't try Earthlink, and if the time ever comes where I can get off dialup, I won't even consider looking at them again.
