Anyone who is concerned about Ray after his fall at the meet yesterday should know that he is doing pretty well. He has a good headache still - and his back is aching. But he sounds pretty fine over the phone.
In fact, after all, he even sub-coached the 10:00am practice today! Hopefully, he keeps his great sense of humor over it all, because one Don Cholodenko video taped the entire scene. Including Ray's escorted walk down the pool deck talking and waving his hands describing the fall! Might make for some good holiday party footage. You should have swum that 100 free!
