Yes, this looks like there is a Master Plan behind all the attacks.
As per Br Eng Ismaeel Marikkar’s suggestion, our politicians have
to take the BATON now and handle the matter, before it is too late and
the matter gets out of hand.
This is one aspect and on the other hand our Scholars and
Professionals too have to handle this Urgent matter very delicately
without any prejudice and leaving aside any political
affliations/sympathies.

Buddhist Monks Want To Demolish A Muslim Community Building In Colombo

Buddhist monks took to the streets yesterday again demanding
the demolition of yet another Muslim community building in Colombo,
claiming it was illegal, Ceylon Today reports. Meanwhile Divaina newspaper
claims that the building is a illegal cattle-killing place belong to Islam
fundamentalists.
Over 250 protestors led by Buddhist monks staged a demonstration
yesterday in front of Galvihara Road, Dehiwala, calling for the
demolition of the Madarasa ‘Darul- Qur’an lil Baranil Iman. The
protestors charged it is an illegal construction and a place where goats
are scarified.
One of the monks leading the protest claimed the Madarasa should be
demolished as the Muslims had constructed it illegally; a claim many
Muslims in the area are disputing.
In response to this a member of the trustee board, Hizni Mohamed said
the Madarasa named has been situated here for over 13 years. “It is a
place mainly to teach and educate the children on religion and the
Qur’an,� he said.
He said the monks’ claim that the Muslims were rearing goats and
sacrificing them within the premises of the Madarasa, but nothing of
that sort happened. “It is not an illegal construction. We have
accurate deeds and the building has been there for so many years,� he
said.
According to the Western Province UNP PC member Mujibur Rahman, this
Madarasa has been frequented by the Muslims for 13 years and this
problem of demolishing has begun all of a sudden. “Nothing illegal or
unlawful is happening,� he confirmed.
When Ceylon Today contacted the Mayor of Dehiwala-Mount Lavinia,
Municipal Council Dhanasiri Amaratunge said that a group of monks had
complained to him regarding an illegal construction.
“I sent a team to inspect the area and we have found that the
Madarasa is an illegal construction and we have summoned them to court
on Monday. Even before the legal aspect could be done the villagers and
the monks have begun a protest,� he said.

පවසයි.

පොලිස්‌ පරීක්‍ෂක එරික්‌ රංජිත් මහතාට ලැබුණු තොරතුරකට අනුව එහි නිලධාරීන්
පිරිසක්‌ විසින් කළ වැටලීමකදී මෙම ඉරාන ජාතිකයන් දෙදෙනා ගුවන්තොටුපළේදීම
අත්අඩංගුවට ගැනීමට හැකි විය.
ඉරාන ජාතිකයන් දෙදෙනා මෙම මත් කුඩු තොගය කිලෝග්‍රෑම් එක බැගින් වූ
පාර්සල්වල අසුරා සිය ගමන් බෑගයක ඉතාම සුරක්‍ෂිත ලෙස අසුරාගෙන පැමිණ ඇති බව
පරීක්‍ෂණවලදී හෙළි විය.
ඉරානයේ සිට ඩුබායි හරහා ඩුබායි ගුවන් සමාගමට අයත් යානයකින් පැමිණ ඇති
සැකකරුවන් දෙදෙනා කටුනායක ගුවන්තොටුපළින් ශ්‍රී ලංකාවට ඇතුළු වීමට උත්සාහ
කළ අවස්‌ථාවේ පොලිසියට කොටු වී ඇත.
මොවුන් දෙදෙනා සීදුව ප්‍රදේශයේ හෝටලයක නවාතැන් ගැනීමට සැලසුම් කරගෙන සිටි බව ද
පරීක්‍ෂණවලින් හෙළි වී තිබේ.
මෙම මහා පරිමාණ ජාවාරමේ ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ නියෝජිතයන් පිළිබඳව වැදගත් තොරතුරු
රැසක්‌ ඉරාන ජාතික සැකකරුවන්ගෙන් ප්‍රශ්න කිරීමේදී හෙළි වී ඇති අතර ඔවුන්
අත්අඩංගුවට ගැනීමට පොලිසිය පරීක්‍ෂණ ආරම්භ කර ඇත.
‘මෙතැම්පිටමීන්’ නමින් හැඳින්වෙන මත්කුඩු විශේෂය අලෙවි කිරීමේ
ප්‍රධානීන් ලෙස ඉරාන ජාතිකයන් කටයුතු කරන අතර, මීට පෙර ද අවස්‌ථා කීපයකදී
මෙම මත්කුඩු වර්ගය ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේදී අත්අඩංගුවට ගැනීමට හැකි වී තිබිණි.
මෙම සැකකරුවන් අත්අඩංගුවට ගැනීමෙන් පසු ඔවුන් පිළිබඳව විමර්ශන කටයුතු
කිරීම සඳහා අපරාධ අංශය සහ මත්ද්‍රව්‍ය නාශක අංශය භාර නියෝජ්‍ය පොලිස්‌පති
