Hi Pete, We've used both PPPoE and R2CP with EMANE in our lab at NRL. That includes using R2CP with Cisco routers in the loop. We use the R2RI (radio-to-router interface) module that MIT-LL created for the R2CP (it also supports DLEP) and have a special build of EMANE with the PPPoE support. We have tested the PPPoE with an extended version of Quagga for the ONR DTCN program. I can hook you up with the points of contact here and at MIT-LL.
