Tomorrow, June 28, 2017, the mailing lists at https://pf.itd.nrl.navy.mil/mailman will move to a new server. The new URL will be https://publists.nrl.navy.mil/mailman, and the new server will use a certificate that's trusted by default in all browsers, rather than the current DoD-issued certificate. Mailing lists, list archives, user membership, etc. will remain unchanged, other than the URL.
During the transition tomorrow, the mailing lists will be unavailable for a short time. I will send another email using the new server when the transition is complete. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. -Jeff Weston
