PeopleSoft Payroll Functional

*Skills:Overall 8-10 years experience in PeopleSoft

Duration: 2 Months

Functional analyst working on this PeopleSoft upgrade project(includes
obtaining/clarifying/documenting requirements, developing test plans for
System Testing and User Acceptance Testing, performing System Testing and
User Acceptance Testing, tracking issues and getting them addressed through
developers, interacting with users as required).

*Required Skills:
*
The first task to be performed is to understand Current version 7.0
functionality and ramp up on Version 9 HCM functionality and give a detailed
overview on HR, Pay Roll functionalities.
3 full life-cycle PeopleSoft upgrade experience.

Upgrade experience from 7.0 SP1 to 9.0 is highly preferred.

* Configuration of user defined rules

* Plan/program set up

* PayRoll processing and reporting

* Identification of test scenarios and creation/execution of test plans

* Minimum of 7 years of HR/ Pay Roll experience

- Experience with PS Query, SQL (e.g. TOAD, SQL Plus)

- Excellent communications and documentation skills

- Able to work with Business Analysts and Affiliate reps or users

- Overall 8-10 years experience in PeopleSoft.

Major Field of Study: Bachelors Degree
