I have this requirement
Position : Sap HR Senior Analyst / Team Lead
Duration : 2 Months +
Location : Chicago
Rate : open(Expense inclusive)
*SAP Area of Knowledge*:
• Organization Management
• Personnel Administration
• Benefits
• Experience with interfaces
o SAP to ADP or other outsourced payroll providers
o SAP to benefit providers
• Design experience: Kronos time to SAP and/or to ADP
*Key requirements*:
• Excellent communication skills (Critical)
• Excellent blueprint experience with the ability to communicate HR best
practices (Critical)
• Ability to plan and manage HR blueprint activities
• Ability to provide HR leadership skills to client HR team lead
• Ability to translate client requirements into SAP functionality
• Ability to explain SAP concepts to client team members to ensure clear
understanding of final
design recommendations
*Timing*:
Need to start ASAP
At least through 10/31/08 for blueprint, likely to be extended through
realization through Summer 09.
Resources local to Chicago area are preferred and will be considered first.
