Architect II - superior , hands-on Java/J2EE, WebLogic, Hibernate
developer for full application development lifecyle. Candidate must have at
least 2 years of demonstrated, hands-on experience with Agile development,
including strong unit test practices and superior verbal communication.
Needs to function in fast paced environment as part of a senior level team.
Helps influence architecture and design, able to identify and implement
simple solutions to complex problems and provides support for project team .
The candidate supports development, testing, and production implementation.
Prior client, especially Multifamily , experience preferred.
4 years of experience leading development teams 3+ Yrs.
8 years of related development experience * 8+ Yrs.
Ability to apply complex design patterns to defined problems *
