Support PM in coordinating, communicating project plans, and deliverables across both business and systems environments. With minimal supervision, analyze and define business requirements and develop system specifications to solve business problems. Use business knowledge to develop systems documentation and support the system development life cycle from design through implementation. Involvement in test case development and execution Develop UAT plans. Provide analysis and feedback during the testing phase(s) that results in proficient testing scenarios, positive software development and user acceptance and signoff. *Strong analytical background*; *independent thinker , self starter* Able to conduct analysis and interview sessions with users and stakeholders independent of direct supervision. Able to work with all levels of business and technical staff independently. Have 5+ years experience in the development execution and review of *UAT / System testing* *Strong written and oral communications skills* *RDBMS querying abilities is preferred-* *SQL * *Business Object Modeling* or *Data Modeling* experience. Subject matter expertise in* Finance and Accounting* and *Insurance* (*financial booking & reporting* ) systems with *Reinsurance a plus* *Advanced insurance* (at minimum 5+ years) and/or *reinsurance background*is *preferred* (across Property / Casualty lines) Aware of adherence to *Sarbanes Oxley controls* and *SDLC lifecycle methodologies * MS office experience.
