Title: Windows Admin Location: Jacksonville, FL Duration: 6 Months+ *Skills Required:* ** ** *Key Skills:* *Windows 2003 and clustering.* - The team supports infrastructure globally (this is any and all business/users) for Production, development and testing. § The role is Senior, Level 2 support. *The team responsibilities include the following:* ü Addressing escalated issues (from the level 1 team). Fixing these issues, Documenting the fixes, process, etc (so the issue does not escalate to them again). ü Project work including Storage migrations, OS upgrades, Power downs, Supporting the network, Building out new systems and validating they are ready for production, etc. *Musts:* Ø Windows 2003 is a must. Ø Windows2000 is also needed as there are still some of these servers Ø Clustering experience is needed.
