A demonstrated aptitude to rapidly develop expertise in a complex technical environment coupled with previous experience with identity, access management, and IT provisioning processes and standards are required. Strong communication skills to establish and maintain effective relationships within the team and across the organization are necessary to be successful. The Access Review role will serve as the contact point for elevated privileged access review activities. The focus of this position will be on the access review of the non-standard accounts across several platforms. It will be important to ensure that the procedures followed are globally consistent and adhere to Pfizer's policies and standards no matter who is involved in the day to day execution. In some cases, this role will be required to take the lead in helping to define and document those standards and related procedures so that they can be communicated to the team, service providers and the global access management community. This role will also be expected to participate in audits and audit remediation efforts related to the Access Review service and related activities. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: -Leadership and oversight of the access review activities. -Continuation of the expansion of the access review process beyond the America's -Maintenance and execution of Periodic Review's -Participate in Incident and Problem Management activities based on Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) guidelines. -Represent the Access Review service during audits by internal and external organizations. -Ensure quality checks of the Access Review service are properly documented and followed EXPERIENCE 8+ years experience managing Service Delivery in an enterprise environment 4+ years experience supporting Identity & Access Management technologies OTHER ATTRIBUTES DESIRABLE: Previous experience supporting custom-developed applications is required. Previous experience with business process development and quality assurance principles and practices, such as Six Sigma. Previous experience defining and providing service level metrics. Previous Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance experience is desired. Previous Project Management experience is required.
