Responsibilities: Merck GTS Enterprise Collaboration and Content Management (ECCM) shared services is seeking a Technical Analyst for the Content Management Platform Team to augment existing staff currently on cross-functional and outsourced project teams. The ECCM Platform team is a corporate COE in delivering global solutions for content management and collaboration. The successful candidate will provide limited technical engineering of Content Services as well as working to organize and maintain server infrastructure through proper SLC documentation and configuration management tools. This includes configuring new Windows based web application servers, performing server inventory audits, updating configuration management tool, installation of server scripts and light java development.
