Ensure there is regular communication with them as well as the technical team · Must be able to define engagement scope, negotiate commitments, create project schedules, estimate resource requirements and identify staffing gaps, estimate costs · Prepare project plans. Assign, Track and Manage project activities across the entire lifecycle i.e. from requirements collection through implementation · Estimate capital and operating expense budgets, estimate labor budget and monitor, address potential cost overruns. · Overseeing quality of project work to assure high quality solution development & deployment. Follow KP Policies, Standards and Methodologies · Analyze project risks and formulate risk-mitigation plans to improve predictability of project team to meet commitments · Understand project dependencies; recognize critical path issues that may impact the success and quality of project.
