Looking for a Project Coordinator with Accounting(Fixed Asset) Background The primary purpose of the role is to assist in a fixed asset project we have going on at the Cambridge facility. The primary goal of this project is to thoroughly review all assets on the fixed asset register and determine: 1) Location 2) Will the asset be moved to another site. If so, investigate and complete NOEM (Notice of Equipment Move; Asset movement forms) and bring transfer to a close. This will require working with the fixed asset team in Memphis TN (via telephone). No travel required. 3 Unidentifiable - should be written off. 4) Bring all assets currently in suspense to a close. 5) Investigate all assets in WIP (Work In Progress) and close out project, if applicable. Must have 2 - 3 years of accounting experience. Must have a solid understanding of fixed asset accounting.
