Job Description: Upgrade PEAR and Smarty PHP Libraries. Review and enhance PHP code based on OEF security requirements. Remove unnecessary database objects from an Oracle database schema, based on findings in PHP code. Generate system documentation that catalogs the issues identified and the resolutions implemented.
