2. one ClearQuest person who has installed, configured and implemented
ClearQuest
3. one BuildForge person who has installed, configured and implemented
BuildForge.
Duration is 4 months, location is Deerfield, IL. If you find someone who
has all three skills (ClearCase, ClearQuest and BuildForge) as long as they
have experience installing, implementing and configuring, that would be fine
but they need to be equally strong in all three.
