Job Description: **** The SAS Analysis is critical because we are doing some high powered statistical algorithms first in SAS and then once validated will implement using JAVA, Perl and store the data in Oracle. I can go with just Perl "expert" if JAVA is not possible. SAS and general statistics expertise is critical **** Netflow and Layer 2-7 traffic analysis. Correlation of Layer 2 counters, Layer 3 session data and application Layer (DPI) data. Develop engineering analysis on peak usage, monthly usage, statistical usage patterns etc. Assess usage differences by time of day, busy hour, monthly variance etc. Assess new application trends (web video, gaming, downloads).
