Proven influencing abilities - Abiity to interact/socialize and communicate with/to a diverse scientific user community. - Demonstrated ability to succeed in a team-oriented environment; familiarity with code sharing and source control tools. - Experience within a Biotech or Pharmaceutical environment would be useful but is not a requirement Duties and Responsibilities: As a member of the Discovery Informatics team, the SD will work closely with informatics specialists, research scientists, database administrators, and other software engineers within Discovery Informatics. The SD will take direction from more senior Software Engineers.
