I Want to share my experience in IGATE with u. I have worked In IGate Bangalore branch for more than one year. So i thought to share one of my bad experience in IGATE.
If you want to Join IGATE try to avoid Bangalore branch. because There is a manager Prathima Srinivasa Rao. She is one of the manager in IT Delivery Department Unit 2. In my 7 years of experience She is the only sadist manager i have ever met. There is no word in English Dictionary to compare her except SHIT. This is my personal experience. Lot of people left her team because of her. If you have any Doubt try to contact any of her team member. You will come to know how worst Shit she is. If you are a female and want to Join IGate Blore branch then ready to face physical harassment also. Do you know one thing you must have to bring Biscuits and fruits from canteen at lunch time (of course she will order you to do so). yes man you are not a SW Engineer there but peon. If you are in any problems then she will increase her torture and starts enjoying. I am a male and have 7 years of IT experience still she tortured me to cry .... now God helped me to come out of IGate ..... thank god ..... There is no use of complaint on her. If she come to know your complaint ....then all i can say is only God can help you from her. Please take this as my advice and try to avoid IGate blore branch. She is the worst Manager i have ever met. I cant say more than this .... she is a big Shit . Friends I don't have any personal Grudge on her. If you feel that I have some personal Grudge on her, then before write, try to contact her teammates once .... I am ready to say sorry if I was wrong.
