Responsibilities Work with a cross-disciplinary team of resources to provide end-to-end technical project management of all aspects of the solution design and development lifecycle Scope of Work . Provides all aspects of technical project management, including management of detailed project requirement definition, budgeting, project planning, metrics tracking, and timely deliverables . Developing project estimates, evaluating vendor for implementation. . Works with architects to ensure project solution complies with CUE Architecture (CUE is a program under which this project will be sponsored) . Establishes project scope, clear decision gates, vendor SOWs, and entrance/ exit criteria across phases of implementation In addition to the above: . Manages vendor resources for the Campaign Management System implementation. .
