Our software of choice is *Oracle BPM (BPE, BAM, BPA). * This position will work with business process modelers to implement business process management specifications into automated solutions. * - Project managing technology projects, scheduling development deliverables and resources, designing and implementing *COE workflows* and controls in line with our *SDLC process. * - Will work from high level requirements through detailed* specifications, prototype, software deployment *and *administration*. * - *Architecting* and *implementing high quality, *scalable and extendable technology solutions including migration and implementation plans that address both *tactical and strategic needs. * - Will design and implement development controls and governance around the development process as it relates to our core technologies. - Will be a member of* Architecture Review Board (ARB)* * - Analyze technologies, technical processes and/or functions, document findings, identify areas for improvement and create specifications and implement. * - Mentor other team members on new and existing technologies and help guide development process.
