Required Qualifications:-*

*
- A minimum of* 8 years experience developin*g *Object Oriented applications
* in a *full SDLC *environment for a financial services firm (i.e.,
institutional/retail brokerage, bank, or asset management), with a minimum
of 5 years having developed applications with Java/J2EE and Web
technologies.

*
- A minimum of* 3 years developing with Oracle BPM (BPE, BAM, BPA)software.*

*
- A minimum of 5 years as a project manager of IT related projects, able to
create project planning, SDLC documentation and artifacts

*
- A minimum of *5 years as a Technology Architect,* able to design system
flows, perform code reviews, create software standards, experience with *SOA
* and release management

*Experience with software reuse, *application hardware* sizing and design,
disaster recovery and* BCP*
*B.S. in Computer Science, MIS or Electrical Engineering or a related
quantitative discipline.
*Graduate degree in Business, Computer Science or a related quantitative
discipline is a BIG plus.
*Experience with data-warehousing concepts and development a BIG plus.
*Experience with *Informatica, Acutate and/or Gentran a plus.*
*Working knowledge of *Fixed Income or Equity securities or Commercial Real
Estate a BIG plus.*

Job Purpose/ Description: *

- The A*sset Management and Enterprise Services IT* (*AMES-IT*) group
provides technology services to Asset Management, Human Resources, Legal,
Compliance and the Finance and Actuarial Divisions.
- Within *AMES-IT* resides the *Application Architecture*,* Development* and
*Integration* (AADI) group.
- *AADI* provides multiple technology services:* Centers of Excellence* (*
COE*) for reporting, *ETL, BPM, Java, SOA *and *Data Movement development*;
*Application architecture* and* design, development governance*, *internal
component support *and *development, release management* and* liaison to
Core IT group *regarding *new technologies* and *support of existing ones.*


*Technology Platform:- *

*Oracle BPM (BPE, BAM, BPA),
J2EE,
BEA Weblogic Portal,
Oracle RDBMS,
Informatica,
Actuate,
Autosys,
UNIX,
PERL,
Windows XP.*

*Tasks and Responsibilities:- *

*- We are seeking candidates for a position that requires the combined
skills of a Senior Project Manager, Architect and Technical Analyst. *


*This position will be responsible for:-*

*
- Developing a *COE* that delivers automated *Business Process
Management *solutions.
Our software of choice is *Oracle BPM (BPE, BAM, BPA). *
This position will work with business process modelers to implement business
process management specifications into automated solutions.

*
- Project managing technology projects, scheduling development deliverables
and resources, designing and implementing *COE workflows* and controls in
line with our *SDLC process. *
- Will work from high level requirements through detailed* specifications,
prototype, software deployment *and *administration*.


*
- *Architecting* and *implementing high quality, *scalable and extendable
technology solutions including migration and implementation plans that
address both *tactical and strategic needs. *
- Will design and implement development controls and governance around the
development process as it relates to our core technologies.
- Will be a member of* Architecture Review Board (ARB)*

*
- Analyze technologies, technical processes and/or functions, document
findings, identify areas for improvement and create specifications and
implement.

*
- Mentor other team members on new and existing technologies and help guide
development process.
