much ETL experience and not enough SAS (specifically DI) experience.
Support commitments for a contracted pilot with AARP - UnitedHealth Group
contracted with AARP to pilot an enhanced Integrated Disease Management,
Case Management and Depression Management program. This consists of
OptumHealth Care Solutions Disease and Case Management programs, OptumHealth
Behavioral Solutions' Depression and Evercare's Level III High Risk Case
Management program. The high level program goals have identified multiple
gaps that will need to be remedied with external labor. PMP available with
resource breakdown and labor OOM estimates

personnel on a wide scope of project development functions
Qualifications:
Strong ETL experience (SAS DI a plus but may consider Informatica and
related)
PL/SQL, SQL, and SQL tuning skills
Proven leadership ability a plus
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Excellent communication skills
Experience with transactional databases
Candidates who also have one or more of the following will be preferred:
Oracle or other data warehouse experience
SAS Data Integration Studio

A background in the healthcare industry

with Aetna's ActiveHealth solution. TDS integration will add the use of
external medical and pharmacy claim detail for increased enrollment,
engagement and overall value of the TDS product
