C# / C++ Developer for a 6-month contract in Morrisville, NC.
Overall Responsibilities:
* Develop applications, interfaces and reports based on business and
technical specifications provided by IT Business Analyst or other
developers.
* Thoroughly test all applications & related software developed, prior
to releasing to QA Test Phase.
* Work closely with IT business analysts to understand business and
provide the best solution for user community.
* Work with data modelers to supplement tables in the LoanIQ database
for use by Interfaces and Reports.
* Maintain existing LoanIQ related applications, interfaces and
reports.
* Work with other IT staff during the various phase of the development
life cycle.
Required Skills:
* Strong C#, .NET Framework, .NET Remoting, .NET Windows Forms skills
required.
* Strong SQL skills (UDB DB2 preferred, Oracle a plus).
* Strong C/C++ skills required.
* Crystal Reports
* Experience in coding multi-threaded programs
* Experience in coding Windows Services.
* Good Communications and interpersonal skills.
* Thorough understanding of the application development life cycle
Desired Skills:
Object-oriented analysis, design and programming (UML a plus)
1 year of working experience using XML based technology
Knowledge of LoanIQ Data Model
WORK EXPERIENCE/BACKGROUND:
* 5+ years of working experience as a Developer/Analyst
* 3+ years of working experience using Microsoft Development Tools
* 3+ years experience developing in C#
* 3+ years experience developing in MSVS C++
* 3+ years experience writing SQL queries
