*Location: *Plano, TX.* * *Duration:* Long Term * * This contract position requires proven experience in IT, within the Telecommunication Service Provider sector, fulfilling business analysis responsibilities. Candidates must have experience in Telecommunication. Additionally, the successful candidate for this role will have used various analysis and project management tools covering scope definition, requirements documentation and progress reporting. - 5+ years of Information Technology experience in Telecommunication Service Provider sector - Candidate must have excellent communication skills, highly analytical and metrics development experience, and hands-on project management skills - Experience with different software development life cycles required - Hands on experience analyzing Billing, provisioning and other Telecommunication systems - Hands on experience with negotiating business requirements and translating them into Systems Requirement documents for development team - Demonstrated strong problem-solving abilities and multi tasking capabilities - Previous database and data cleansing, or software development experience required - Strong written and verbal communication skills is a MUST - Ability to work well with Customers at all levels (Leadership and Non-Leadership) - Strong organizational skills, specifically creating Project Plans and Status Reporting - Experience with process flow charts capturing business process using Visio - Candidate must have working knowledge of Telecom system analytics, product portfolio and supporting IT platforms - Ability to influence his/her approach/thoughts on business users and development teams *Tools and Specific Skills:* - Subex Moneta, - Subex Diamond, - SQL Server, - Oracle, - Metasolv TBS, - Single View, - MS Word, - MS Excel, - Visio, - MS Project, - ClearCase, - ClearQuest -- Please let me know if you are available for this position or revert back to me with your updated resume along with your best Rate.
