Client: Insurance Location: Somerset. NJ Rate: Open *Position Description : * One of our direct clients is looking for IT Project Leader – Siebel CRM The Project Manager has the responsibility of planning, developing designs and directing the Project Team on each project assigned, and oversee/monitor all other resources to ascertain the project is meeting all critical specifications and is on schedule and within budget. Provides ongoing support and expertise to the assigned team, assisting them in accomplishing the goals, objectives, policies, and procedures for all areas under this position. Develops and revises complex project plans and budgets, works with users to understand problems, focuses on bringing issues to resolution, and escalates as necessary to meet timelines. Completes business and systems analysis as related to project scope. Interacts and negotiates with mid to senior level management on behalf of project team. Creates and delivers presentations on project goals and plans, including progress reports.. May require a Bachelors degree in a related area and 7+ years of experience in the field ***** Siebel CRM experience is preferred * *****CANDIDATE MUST HAVE PRIOR PROJECT LEADER/MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE AS AN IT PROJECT LEADER/MANAGER (MANAGING THE TECHNICAL SIDE) AS OPPOSED TO A PROJECT LEADER/MANAGER MANAGING THE BUSINESS SIDE* *Additional Information : * Oversees the development and implementation of multiple, complex, organization-wide systems. Defines and manages resource requirements and allocation Monitors and improves quality, and ensures 'best practice' development techniques. Works closely with client departments in development and implementation of application programs having impact on improving the business. Advises application owners on the technology possibilities and requirements. Seibel CRM or reporting and Business Intelligence is preferred but not required.
