If we have resources that have done an upgrade from 11.5.anything to R12 then we are golden because the specific knowledge and understanding of future state to help guide the client thru the upgrade cycle from a functionality and process standpoint is crucial. These resources will be starting in Mid-late November and work for 6-9 months.
