Definition of *integrated test strategies, integrated test cases *that trace to project requirements, integrated data definition, facilitation of test results for management team and status reporting during test execution phases of all assigned project engagements. • *Project and Testing leadership* – Set, communicate and drive execution of project testing direction while applying the tenets of Enterprise *Quality Management *processes throughout the *SDLC * • Strong sense of *urgency;* ability to review facts and escalate *issues with recommendations and contingencies to Project Manager. *• Adept at developing risk based testing plans.
