5- 8  years Business Analyst or Systems Analyst
. -Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including but not limited to Word, 
Excel, and Outlook\ 
. -Experience with data mapping 
. -Experience with API construction 
. -Experience with SQL 
. -Experience with Viper and HBX preferred but not required 
. Business rules, transactions and processes, UI specs with comps and 
wireframes, work flow and actor diagrams, back end processing needs. 
Analyze, design and document requirements including scope, use cases, business 
rules, transactions and processes, UI specs with comps and wireframes, work 
flow and actor diagrams, back end processing needs. 
- Organize and lead small groups to resolve complex business problems 
- Work with business customers to understand requirements and develop 
specifications for large-sized projects 
- Identifies data sources, constructs data decomposition diagrams, provides 
data flow diagrams and documents the process 
- Writes codes for database access, modifications, and constructions including 
stored procedures 
- Oversees, coordinates, and participates in organizational, operational, and 
procedural analyses to determine information input, work processes, and desired 
output for potential and/or up dated computerization for a large number of 
users in support of a multi departmental or county wide applications; reviews 
and analyzes a variety of forms, documents, reports, data output, and 
record-keeping requirement 
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Information Systems
