Duration: 6 months plus
This position is intended for a junior level developer to support the Marketing
Services Team with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) campaigns. The CRM
Developer is a resource dedicated to the development of Volkswagen and Audi
brand owner and prospect marketing programs.
Functions Performed
The following functions are the responsibility of the CRM Developer. The CRM
system that is used for marketing campaigns is an SAP based application called
KuBa.
Campaign Support:
· Creation of all surveys using the Survey Suite tool in KuBa,
development of landing pages for the surveys using an in-house application as
well as modifications of the jsp landing pages
· Upon receipt of HTML from the Marketing Agencies, modification of
the HTML in order to comply with the SAP form
· Testing is required for all survey and landing page creations
Data Handling:
· Creation of XML structures to be sent to vendors based on the
campaign requirements
· Testing, validation, trouble-shooting, and resolution on all XML
files being loaded into KuBa
· Data cleansing in order to improve the data integrity
· Building of basic queries for de-duplication and matching purposes
Release Testing:
· Accurately and efficiently executes test plans
· Assembles and documents all test results
· Retests as necessary

· Strong working knowledge of XML
· Strong working knowledge of SQL
· Exhibits proficiency in HTML
· Strong technical development skills
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent amount of work experience in IT Development
