The candidate should have at least 7 years of hands-on programming experience with ARS Remedy, Oracle SQL development, and web development technologies. - Expert knowledge of Remedy applications with 5+ years of hands on experience with ITSM 7 or 6 (version 7 preferable), CMDB, Change Manager, and other BMC ITSM related products. - Excellent Oracle/PL-SQL. - Knowledge and experience with scripting technologies, a plus. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. - 5-7 years of experience - BS in Computer Science or similar.
