REQUIREMENT: Title: Valuation Analyst Client: Fannie Mae Location: Washington, DC Rate: Based on experience VALUATION ANALYST: Valuation Analyst is responsible for the development and preparation of complex and critical financial measurements regarding new business opportunities, cash requirements, capital investments. Responsibilities include: a) Participating in defining the issues and scope of valuation methodology. b) Preparing and presenting interpretations and detailed analyses of findings to management. c) Providing alternatives for further consideration. Qualifications: * Experience in Capital Markets Finance and Trading with experience in the Mortgage Industry preferred. * Loan and Securities Valuation experience * Loan Level pricing experience * Excellent Analytical skills and excellent communication skills. * Ability to determine and work with analysts to capture appropriate pricing logic for liquid (SFFR) and illiquid products (Subprime, 2nds, etc...) * Understanding of Mortgage Credit, Loan Performance, and Structured Products * Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Excel and/or Access * Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics We Appreciate your business, Sam S Dut JInfo Systems Inc.
