DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Serve as a technical resource supporting Pfizer's DCS services which
include PKI RA and CA, MSB, VBS, NSA and EPV.
· Review changes to Pfizer's DCS services and perform routine health checks
defined in the periodic review working instruction.
· Perform root cause analysis and develop technical documentation for
incident response.
· Work closely with Pfizer primary technical leads to perform support
functions as required.
· Test and maintain the server, desktop and laptop computer installation
packages and collaborate with CA and RA administrators.
· Create and run database queries to measure pre-defined metrics and produce
reports regularly.
· Participate in semi-annual failover test of the Pfizer Certificate
Authority.
· Participate in Incident and Problem Management activities based on
Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) guidelines.
· Represent Digital Certificate Services during information technology
audits by internal and external organizations.
· Participate in the Digital Certificate Service on-call schedule to ensure
24x7 support of the service.
EXPERIENCE
· 4+ years experience managing Service Delivery in an enterprise environment
· 3+ years working in customer support in a technical role
· 1+ years experience in Identity and Access Management - desired
· 1+ years experience supporting Public Key Infrastructure - desired
· TECHNICAL SKILLS
· Familiarity with directory services (AD, LDAP etc)
· Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (I&AM) and account
management practices
· Working knowledge of PKI, digital certificates and smart cards preferred
· Familiarity working with Peregrine Service Center or equivalent incident
management system
Position 2:-
Location(State/city):Oregon OR/PORTLAND
Duration: 3 +months
Rate is $55/Hr-$58/Hr.The MAX
Req Details:
Advanced Storage Administrator capabilities with 9 or more years of
experience*.
Individual possesses multiple years of Storage Administrator experience and
is extremely competent in: managing storage systems, backup systems, and
devices managing centralized, complex, and heterogeneous storage
environments conducts compatibility tests recovers data due to hardware
failure conducts capacity planning reviews, and allocates additional storage
when required.
