Please forward the resumes to [email protected] Position: FileNet Analyst Location:TN Duration: 6 Months FileNet Analyst supports the installation, configuration and customization of IBM FileNet components, including Image Services, Content Manager and Business Process Manager. *ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*: *The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all inclusive.* - Provide technical skills for deploying, supporting and enhancing Client's installations of Image Services (IS), Content Manager (CM) and Business Process Manager (BPM). - Serve as the primary point of contact for IBM FileNet questions from other teams. - Deep dive into functional business areas to identify opportunities for BPM workflow solutions. - Design, develop and support enterprise workflows in the BPM framework. - Write and execute test plans and scripts. - Work within multiple software development models, including both waterfall and agile. - Adhere to all HIPAA and SOX compliance software development policies and procedures.
