All required skills must be in job description. *Primavera Implementation Location : Sacramento, CA Duration : 3+months Rate is DOE/Hr* * The project has defined two primary goals: • Complete the design and deployment of the Division of Engineering staff and Portfolio Management system and related processes • Ensure that selected Division of Engineering staff are trained on use of new Portfolio Management system and processes and can sustain the use of for their respective areas The proposed consultant must have the following experience: • 5 years of extensive experience in the design and implementation of Primavera systems • 5 years of experience in the field of Project Portfolio Management methods and practices • 3 years of experience working with Primavera related to program and portfolio management of large construction and engineering type projects The Primavera Portfolio Management effort will use proven implementation methodology that consists of six steps: Readiness Assessment, System Design, Pre-Production and Test, Pre-Production Validation, Rollout, and Monitor. The client will enlist the professional services of a Primavera consultant team that has use the six step implementation methodology to successful design and deploy portfolio management systems in organizations. The key business objectives for the implementation of the Primavera Project Portfolio Management platform are: • Visibility of upper management into the status of ongoing major projects; • Effective allocation of capital to projects; • Improve the delivery capability of project teams; • Reduce the risk of major project efforts; • Improve overall capacity planning and resource management processes; • Gain greater control over project performance, resource allocation, and project portfolio analysis; • Enables collaboration on projects through multi-user, real-time connection providing immediate access to project information for timely decisions; • Delivers access to project and portfolio reports and performance dashboards. The services under this contract include the following tasks and activities: • Provide expert level services in the areas of design, configuration, and implementation of Primavera Project Management Portfolio software • Perform Primavera software Installation.
