Candidate should have an understanding of Software Development Life Cycle Methodologies and preferably have a PMI Certification. *Responsibilities:* This role is responsible for developing, prioritizing and executing process improvement, innovation and transformation projects that are cross-functional, cross-divisional and/or cross-geographical. In the near term, this will involve coordination of COMET readiness of Share Services in the US and Europe. This role supports a team, process or regional leader in defining and managing projects, authoring business cases, gathering and analyzing data, performing process gap analysis, mobilizing resources, preparing execution plans, developing communication and change management materials and providing project status reports. Leads and facilitates project teams and deliverables. Performs data and process analysis and prepares recommendations and findings.
