The team is looking to add two additional members for there SharePoint team.
The team is currently working on adding additional features to SharePoint.
The Manager is looking for one individual to work on SharePoint features and
work on customizations and another individual to focus on Server Light (past
experience is preferred but not necessary). This candidate should have not
only written test cases but have executed test cases. This tester will be
working on automation testing but some manual will be required. This
individual must have experience testing rich client-server integration
scenarios.
In this role you will.
· Write test plans for a small project or a medium to large feature set.
· Review test specifications, cases, and automation written by others for
coverage and completeness.
· Improve test quality and effectiveness by working with Development and
Program Management to prevent problems and to make the product more
testable.
· Find holes in test cases.
· SharePoint Designer enables Information Workers and Business Unit IT to
build no-code composite applications that leverage SharePoint, ASP.NET, XSLT
and Web Parts.
· You will have the opportunity to drive changes through deep testing in
complex and cutting edge code. Our unique relationship with WSS means you
will also be able to push changes into the SharePoint platform to better
enable customer experiences and the relevance of the applications built by
those customers.
· Specifically, you will be testing Silverlight user interface as well as
the API calls that interface makes.
We are treating this release as if we are a v1 product building a new User
Interface, Workflow Designer, and Data Presentation Tools from the ground
up. In the last release of SharePoint Designer, we built a cutting edge
design surface for the customization and creation of Composite Applications;
in this release we want to take that experience to the next level.
