PeopleSoft HR/Payroll Business Analyst

Duration: 6 months
Boston, MA 

Need 8 years Peoplesoft Functional  HRMS and Payroll experience 
To develop a sound knowledge of HR business processes and assist in the fit 
gapping of PeopleSoft HRMS instances. 
Work with business managers and low-level users to understand and document 
business requirements across all HR workstreams. 
To understand, document and prioritize business requirements and processes 
across HR. 
To work with HR process owners and IT to develop optimal solutions. 
To develop complete and accurate business models including process, data and 
organization. 
Manage vendor interface testing, data integrity, user acceptance test planning 
and execution.
Experience working with Oracle/Peoplesoft systems and applications.
Experience with large systems implementation and associated integration of 
across multiple systems. 
Strong Project Management and Customer Interface skills.
