* *Role: Web Business Analyst* *Location:MN (locals Required), Rate: Open * *Retailing experience is a must. * *Skill Overview* Experience with e-commerce, Internet technology, and Internet marketing. This is an energetic person with strong communications, attention to detail, and problem solving skills. *Job Overview* The position works closely with the marketing and ecommerce teams to provide guidance and project management for weekly website changes as well as small projects. This includes providing assistance with the prioritization, web analysis, development coordination, and implementation and testing of these enhancements. Specific tasks include: - Work closely with the Ecommerce/Marketing department to identify and understand their website change requests. This includes leading a weekly meeting to discuss these requests. - Maintain a web log of the requests, estimate resources needed, and help the business to prioritize these changes. - Lead the implementation of routine updates/enhancements to the Website. - Identify potential risks/barriers to these website changes and manage the issue resolution process, including escalation as needed. - As needed, create requirements documentation, conduct necessary development research, and assist web team with website testing. - Coordinate deliverables, work and resources to deliver within time and resource constraints. - Interact with IT developers, release manager, project manager to deliver these changes. - Develop and manage communications to business users. *Key Competencies* - Implementation/Execution: You are good at organizing and managing multiple priorities and/or projects by using appropriate methodologies and tools. - Is Accountable: You meet clearly stated expectations and take responsibility for achieving results. - Communications Knowledge: You have an understanding of cross-functional communications. - Problem Solving: You are a problem solver with the ability to encourage others to assist. *Role Essentials* - 2-5 years of relevant experience in Internet *Retailing* or Marketing - BA in Business or Computer Sciences, or related area - Experience with eCommerce / website updates (Experience with consumer-facing applications) - Basic knowledge of Web site design and code *Role Desirables* - Knowledge of Internet Retailing - Comfortable with technology terms and best practices for e-commerce websites - Strong attention to detail - Strong written and verbal communication - Proficient in Excel and Word - Proven project management skills * * *Reporting Structure* Reports to the IT Project Manager for E-Commerce --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Embedded_C++_VC++" group.
