6 + years working as a production support DBA Primary skills should include
SQL Database Administration 2000/2005 including
Experience
1. SQL Database Creation
2. SQL Database Security
3. SQL Database Replication/Migration
4. SQL Database Performance Monitoring
5. SQL User Management
6. SQL Database Backup /Recovery
7. Import/Export of SQL Database
8. Transact SQL
9. Microsoft SQL Clustering
10. Windows 2000/2003 Administration
11. Windows Performance Monitoring Tools Secondary Skills should include
1. Good Communication Skills
2. Excellent interaction with clients
3. Presentation skills
4. Able to analyze client requirements & provide solutions
5. New Technology update & to be able to adapt them 6. Good Team
