POSITION 1
DESCRIPTION
Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science or related areas
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Have a thorough understanding of software development life cycle and
requirements engineering
* Proficiency in requirements elicitation, gathering, structured
analysis and documentation
* Proficiency in defining various requirement types for an ITproject:
business requirements, user requirements, system requirements
* Experience using requirement methodologies (Use Case and HLD) to
prepare user requirement documentation
* Experience using requirements management tools (RequisitePro desired)
* Requirements experience with Java/J2EE Internet/Intranet application
preferred
* Ability to effectively work with a large and diverse group of
stakeholders
* Ability to investigate/research issues, determine impact and provide
solutions
* Experience in collecting, organizing, and presenting technical
information
* Experience in preparing documentation, meeting notes, and other
written communications
* Be extremely detail oriented and well organized
* Ability to lead and mentor team members.
* Self-starter, highly motivated individual, and a team-focused player
who adapts to dynamic work environment quickly
POSITION 2
Position: Business Analyst

* Extensive experience in preparing technical documentation,
meetingnotes, and other written communications
* Have a good understanding of software development life cycle and
requirements engineering
* Experience in requirements elicitation, gathering, structuredanalysis
and documentation
* Experience with use case analysis
* Ability to effectively work with a large and diverse group
ofstakeholders
* Be extremely detail oriented and well organized
* A self-starter and a team player.
