Dear friends, herewith I'd like to inform you about SeqFreed, a bioinformatics desktop. Amongst others, SeqFreed can also serve as a GUI-interface to EMBOSS applications. Please download it via 'seqfreed.sourceforge.net', run it and let me know, what you think about it. Besides that many details have to be improved, I'd like to know if this kind of app could be useful for you at all.
