This release adds some extra toggle buttons for muscle, phiblast and psiblast to comply to wEMBOSS not allowing users to choose name for output files. These programs needs to create extra files and thus the toggle buttons allow it under wEMBOSS. wrappers4EMBOSS can de downloaded from http://www.wemboss.org
